ΒΆ Netbox-Triage
If there is an IP address, the app has found a Netbox. This mean that:
- Its on
- Connected the network
- Found location venue
- If you get something similar to the image below, then it could be a case that the Netbox has crashed, in which case you can simply pull out the power, wait 10 seconds and replace the power lead, everything should then work as expected.
- Turn off the dispenser using the on/off button inside the dispenser.
- Ensure there is an IP address showing, if not a netbox hasn't been found.
