- Click the Magnify glass icon in the top right in the Sidebar.
- If you know the booking ID then you can for this using the search field in the top middle of the page.
- In the Sidebar on the right you can filter your booking search. Using the first field you can filter bookings by customer name.
If you have a customer selected under the Customers tab and then navigate to the Bookings tab, YGB will filter all the bookings for that selected customer.
- Using the next two fields you can filter the booking by date.
- Next you can filter bookings by Type e.g. by bays or course bookings.
- Below this you will see the ability to filter bookings by status, attended, confirmed or cancelled.
- Below this you can filter bookings by Payment Status e.g. paid, unpaid and refunded.
- Lastly you can filter Blocked Slots.
- Once filtered you can click on the booking.
Important
It's important to keep bookings up to date, as booking information will be refelected in the Reporting page and the Booking Search page.
