A) Yes. At the penultimate step of the booking process, you can click the 'Add More Bays' button, which will take you back to the start of the book a bay process and able to add another booking to the order.
A) A few questions and answers you can respond to the customer with are:
Has the customer checked their junk/spam folder? Sometimes emails are flagged as spam.
Has the customer spelt their email address correctly?
The customer's email domain server may have been blacklisted and so they won't receive an email. If this is the case, please ask them to use a different email address.
A) It is likely the customer's account was created in the admin panel by a member of staff as a walk-in customer, the account therefore has already been created.
Ask the customer to log in and they will be prompted to confirm their account, once they have confirmed their account, they should click the reset password link. The customer should then be able to log in as normal and see their historic bookings. The link below explains this process:

A) There are a few things to check to ensure everything is working as expected:
A)
Navigate to the POS tab
Click Search Sales at the bottom of the page
Filter by status of Paid and click on the Purchase you would like to refund
At the bottom click on Open Charger
Click the payment line item you would like to refund and the Blue Refund modal will appear
Choose the Refund Type to refund the customer (if it's a mistake then it's normally the same method that the staff member put through by accident)
You will then be brought back to to Charging modal at which point you can then choose the correct Charge Type instead of creating another Purchase.
If you would like to delete a Purchase because you may have created two of same Purchase, then your can follow the same steps above to initially refund the transaction
Navigate to the POS tab
Click Search Sales at the bottom of the page
Filter by Unpaid
Open up the transaction you would like to void
Once opened, on the right hand side next to where it says 'Name this sale' (or the name of the transaction if added) you will see 3 vertical dots, click this and you will see an option to Void Sale
Click this and you will void (delete) the sale - one thing to note is that this cannot be undone.
